We expect the average loan to pay off in 3 to 4 years. Similar to the cashflow benefits of a mortgage loan our clients enjoy the flexibility of the lowest monthly payments. Most people don’t keep their home loan for 30 years, however they choose a 30 year term because of the attractive payment.
